Is there a way to download App Store purchase history? I would like to review purchases made over the course of 2022 under my appleID, including charges for purchases that may have been made by others on my family account. For anything other than checking a couple of charges, its cumbersome using iPhone or even Music on laptop. Looking for a faster way to match purchases with credit card charges.

It looks like you joined the Apple Support Communities from an excellent starting point: View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support. As it shows in that article, you are able to see your purchase history (recent and older as needed).
How to see your purchase history
1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
3. A list of your recent purchases appears. If you’re not sure what you were charged for but you know the amount of the charge, search for the amount. If you're looking for information about older purchases, find your purchase history in Settings or Account Settings on your device.
Learn what to do if you can't find the item that you’re looking for or if you find unexpected charges.
There is also further guidance on that page for what to do if you can't locate a past purchase. You will need to do this for each respective Apple ID that is linked to your credit card.

- Does not include purchases made by others under Family Sharing; those have to be checked from their accounts.
- Web: "To see charges from older purchases, you might need to look at your purchase history in Settings or the App Store."
- iOS device or computer: If you want to see purchases that you made more than 90 days prior, "tap Last 90 Days, then select a different date range."
But apparently not a s a single list if that's what you're looking for. Suggest it to Apple --> Product Feedback - Apple
