Time Zone Update
Hi,
Why hasn’t the time zone changed for the iPad for the El Paso, TX and Cd. Juarez border region? My iPad won’t display the right time zone.

First, have you updated your iPad to the most recent version of iPadOS? At the time of writing, iPadOS 16.2 is current.
Ensure that you have set the correct time and date in iPad setting - and selected either the correct Timezone for your region; setting to Automatic is usually sufficient:
