Shouldn't it be there, if you bought your iphone from Apple Online Shop, contact Apple directly using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service and explain your problem.
In all other circumstances (physical Apple Stores or Apple Authorized Resellers, who have their osn accounting system), please contact the seller and ask for a copy of that document.
