Can't Re-Download a Movie on a PS5

I bought a movie sometime before and I'm trying to watch it again on my PS5 with the Apple TV app. This movie does not show up in my library. When I try to rent it or buy it, I'm told that I've already purchased it and I need to download it again. I try to, but nothing happens. I just get sent back to the main individual movie page where you can choose to rent it or buy it. Is my movie downloading in the background somewhere? I've waited an hour for it to download. I can re-download it on my MacBook, but I can't get it to work on my TV with my PS5.
