Movie purchased on iTunes will not play on AppleTV

I recently purchased a movie on iTunes and after it was downloaded I can not get it to play on my AppleTV. It will play on my Mac desk top and all of the other features, trailer etc. play as normal. I have tried restarting AppleTV, deleting and reloading the movie thinking that there was an error in the movie but made no change. The Movie is Bullet Train, I also purchased Top Gun Maverick and it plays normally. If I can not get it to play how can I get reimbursed the $19.99 that was paid.
