Forgot Apple ID and password

My husband hadn’t used his iPad in about 4 months after purchase and he had made a completely new Apple ID & Password and can’t seem to remember what it was, I’ve already sent 3 petitions to get his email canceled and Activation Lock disabled, I don’t know what else to do about it. Can someone please tell me if there’s a way for him to recover his Apple ID?

Hello Menace—22,

It sounds like you are wanting to access your iPad after forgetting the Apple ID, right? What happens when you try to retrieve your Apple ID credentials? If your husband created a new Apple ID a few months ago, does he still have emails from Apple?

If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number

"Other ways to find your Apple ID

You can check if you're signed in to the App Store, FaceTime, or Messages on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or check if you're signed in to iTunes for Windows on a PC. You can also go to iCloud.com or appleid.apple.com and see if your Apple ID prefills on the sign-in screen.

FaceTime isn't available in all countries or regions.

Check your inbox for emails from Apple

Find your Apple ID email address by searching for emails from Apple

Your Apple ID might be included in some emails from Apple. Search your inbox for receipts as well as repair, support, or billing emails from Apple.

If your email address is masked (j*****@icloud.com), the number of asterisks might not match the number of characters in your email address. "

Regards.

That’s the thing, he created his new Apple account with the same iPad and he doesn’t remember what was the information he used, I’ve tried helping him find it with his name and two other gmails that he owns, but neither pop up. So at this point I feel there’s nothing more I can do, I’ve gone through other accounts and none of them show the Apple ID confirmation so I’m really at a loss. Thank you so very much for your suggestion.
