AirPods hurt my ears with loud ringtone

I prefer to keep my ringtone volume to maximum always. And while listening to music using AirPods/Wired headphones, if someone calls It rings with maximum volume in my ears suddenly, though my music volume is medium. So, every time I am required to lower my ringtone volume when I wear AirPods and increase after listening music. Its 2023 and and iPhone isn’t that smart yo manage it ?? I won’t do it manually everytime. In android, it never happened. What’s wrong here with Apple?

Hey there viraj58,

Upon researching your question, we found a link that shows how to Adjust the volume on iPhone. Within that link, it has a section labeled as 'Lock the ringer and alert volumes in Settings'.

By following those steps, you can set the ringtone/alert volume to your preference, and adjusting the volume for music won't affect the ringtone/alert volume.

If you'd like to provide Apple more feedback about how this works, you can use this link to submit it: Product Feedback

Cheers!
