Apple TV Computer App not accessing library and shared home videos
We get a continued message "No libraries available" on just one of five Apple TV's. We have a new Apple TV (A2169) running IOS 16.2. This apple TV is wired to the network though the issue occurs if I try connecting wireless. Two Apple TV's are connected via ethernet cable, three are wireless.
I've tried the following:
- Restarted the Apple TV
- Sign out and back into my itunes account
- Deleted and re-installed it Itunes
- Disconnected ethernet cable and connected via wireless
This is our home theater room, but has the newest Apple TV, so we would love to get this fixed.
