All of my music is GONE!

My AppStore & iTunes account were somehow “disabled” back in November up until just yesterday when I was finally able to regain access. I paid for my Apple Music then afterwards got on the app to check everything out - only to discover that my music is GONE. Years worth of music I’ve downloaded - not a single song remains. Has this happened to anyone else? If so..was it fixable? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
