How do I get my Apple Music not disabled?

How do I get my Apple Music back? It says my account in disabled in iTunes and the Apple Store, so I’m just wondering how I can get it back. I’m on a plan with my dad and I should have it but it says it’s disabled.

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support. The following Apple article includes a link that you can use to contact Apple Support: If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
