Outlook Mail is not available in the Share Menu
Outlook Mail is greyed out in the Extensions Sharing menu and does not appear as an option in the Share Menu on my late 2014 iMac 27 running OS 11.7.1

Apple Mail has not worked on my late 2014 iMac 27 since 2018 with whatever new OS installed at that time. Apple is clearly not interested in a fix for old hardware/firmware. The Share Menu works fine on my iPhone 11. Another Mac user suggested just dragging images from Apple Photos and dropping them on the Outlook icon in the dock, which I did and it works! Cheers.
