My iphone xr always goes black when for example listening to a voice message and accidentally putting my finger over the front camera. the phone still works i get notifications and if the message is long enough i can still hear it but the screen is black and nothing can turn it on. i tried to force a reset but i just get a vibration and nothing happens how do i fix that

Battery? Screen? Digitizer? Proximity sensor? Other internal component?

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
