Security Lockout with iPhone in my pocket

For the second time in a month, after removing my iPhone 14 from my pocket it is in Lockout with the message try again in 45 minutes. Is there a way to prevent the phone to enter passcodes while in the pocket?

I am assuming that the reason for the lockout is the phone is turning on and getting a wrong passcode typed in from the pants, not sure if there's any other reason for this to happen?

And if it keeps happening, is there a way to unlock the phone without waiting for 45 minutes? Maybe from another device sharing Apple ID?
