I recently bought CalDigit's TS3 plus and i'm using Macbook pro M1 (2020) model. Displayport is not working but usb c is working fine, i will able to connect only one external monitor. I
really hope Apple fixes the M1 MacBook issues with external monitors,
docks, and DisplayPort compatibility.

Not helpful @Grant, this is not about the M1/M2Air, this is about the M1 Pro. The M1 Pro IS defective, because it says it can support 2 external displays (3 including the laptop’s own display, MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) - Technical Specifications, but is having issues across many docks.
Hopeful to see Apple rectify this.
Apple-Silicon 2020 M1 13-in MacBook Pro and Air and 2022 Apple-Silicon M2 13-in MacBook Pro and Air are extremely-capable entry-level computers. They can support the internal display AND an External display up to the previously unheard of size of the Apple 6K display at billions of colors. But only ONE in addition to the internal display.
This may not match the way older computers forced you to work, since older computers were not able to support a really large external display. But it is NOT a defect. The spec was available long before you could purchase the computer.

The original poster specified theirs is a 13-in 2020 model. The MacBook Pro issued in 2020 is the MacBook Pro 17,1 -- 13-in M1 that supports ONE fully Hardware-accelerated external display.

That's a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020). It does NOT have an M1 PRO or MAX processor. It has the original M1 processor, which is not designated PRO.
