I am in Florida at the moment and I want to buy an Iphone 14, my question is if you have an applestore where the device accepts the SIM card, since I would use it in Costa Rica or if only offer it with ESIM? If you only have ESIM, in Costa Rica it is already offered, so could i use it in the same way? Or would be blocked devices?

Only if a local carrier provides eSIM service or you use a roaming plan. Note that you'll likely be denied warranty service on it outside the USA.
Apple doesn't sell iPhone 14 units with a physical SIM card slot in the USA.
