How do I get subtitles or Closed captions on Apple TV. I have a pc. I can't seem to get the subtitles (In English) or English's in the closed captions. when I pause it (which is in the video instructions) I do not get any info. What is happening

I have apple TV on my PC. I can't seem to set up the subtitles or the cc on Pachinko. When I hit pause (which is the instruction in the video itself) I don't get any options. Any suggestions.
