Ask to buy notifications from my child are not appearing on my iPhone. I am the family organiser and my wife is also tagged as a parent. Notifications also do not appear on my wife’s phone. They do appear on her Mac which however. We’ve checked all the settings and can see no reason why notifications aren’t coming through to our phones
I'll start with this since recently there's been an issue with ATB notifications not arriving at certain devices. Here's an undocumented possible solution mentioned by several people where editing the name of a device worked for them:
Settings > General > About > Name
Change the name
Then "Done" and retry.
