How to shut off Automatic Startup?

Before the latest transformations in the Mac OS, it was easy enough: open system preferences, find-I think-"Energy Saver"/schedule, and pick a time to switch the computer on automatically. Unfortunately for me, when auto update installed Ventura, it replaced "System Preferences" with "Settings", but it either ignored, forgot, or deliberately lopped off "schedule" from the possible user preferences. So, currently, my Mini M1 turns on at a time I specified a few years ago, but which I can't now change because there's no "schedule" setting in the "settings" menu.

So how can I change the schedule or stop Automatic Startup?

You have to now use the Terminal.app interface, copy and paste:

sudo pmset repeat cancel

please note: your psswd will not echo type it in anyway, use the return\enter key to proceed. Quit Terminal.app
