PROBLEM WITH MY LOGIC BOARD

Well, since 2008 I have a Iphone and I never had any problem with my devices until december,22. In first week of 2022 december, my Iphone XR started at no more to connect with telephonic operator. My Iphone XR is with 2 years of use, I bought in 2020. How I utilize my Iphone for my work, all my contacts, whatsapp, and others apps need to keep in use, because this all give me agility. So, I tried to do the download about new IOS 16.2, but same doing this download in my Iphone XR kept no connect with telephonic operator.

After New Year, I brought my Iphone XR in authorized support shop. There the specialist told me that my Iphone is with serious problem in the logic board, and in this case is necessary to buy a new Iphone. So, my Iphone don't have more warranty and I don't have possibility have a new Iphone utilysing a discount voucher.

So I ask for your community and for Apple:

• Is it possible Apple give me a discount voucher for me to buy a new Iphone? I ask, because my Iphone XR is so new, two years of use. I observe that my last Iphone 5S, stayed in operation for seven years!!!
