If your Apple Music subscription has been cancelled for a period of time, you will need to recreate your playlist and add your music back to your library.

Did you actually purchase the individual tracks or albums? If so, you can still access them.

If you had added them to playlists or library but did not specifically purchase them, then you never owned them and they are gone. You only have the right to play unpurchased tracks while your subscription is active.
