Hello, I have several AppStore accounts connected and I can't download applications and when I want to download something it asks me for an old appstore account that I don't have access to at the moment and I can't log in. Can you delete all the appstore accounts so that I can log in to the other one?

Apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID account that was used to download/install them.
That said, you can identify which Apple ID was used for apps by entering with that Apple ID, then open the AppStore tap on your profile (top right side) then tap "Purchases".
If you want to use a different Apple ID for the same purchased apps, you need to redownload/reinstall them, by entering with that different Apple ID.
