I am currently running High Sierra 10.13.6 on this mid-2010 MacBook Pro, and I noticed that "remove download" is not an option on the iCloud files, only a trash option. Please advise on why Apple does not support the remove download feature. Any guidance would be helpful.

I don't believe so. Delete is deleting it off the iCloud. Remove download is an option on the macOS usually. Can someone confirm the actions on 'delete' versus 'remove download'?

Isn't "remove download" the same as delete???
