Refurbished products are not available in all countries.

To see if your country can get them, scroll to the bottom of your country's Apple home page and look for the column of links labeled "Apple Store" and see if there is a link, as in this screenshot from the US home page:

If there is no link for "Refurbished and Clearance" shown, those are not available in your country/region.

You cannot order from the US Apple online Store using a non-US address or a freight forwarder.

In Costco yesterday and they still have 27" iMac.
