I have problem with songs disappearing from my Apple music library. It's not a song or two, it's a massive problem, there is at least one song missing from almost every album in all devices. And yes, I have an active family subscription. It started about a week ago.

I’ve had this issue for weeks and spoke to Apple who know it’s a problem and seemingly can’t fix it. What’s worse is that many of the tracks i can’t play are ones I actually own. I was supposed to get a call back about it, missed the call as I was in a shop and they never called back. That was 4 weeks ago. Apple happy to take our money but not interested when there’s an issue. I’m in the UK
I will probably wait about a week and if the problem continues, I'll move to another streaming service...
It's not a small bug, it's a serious issue, but it seems that Apple doesn't care at all.
