After Effects and Pages 'Not Responding' after Ventura update

Hi,

I have an m1 laptop as well as 27inch apple desktop, both of them at 64gb RAM and plenty of storage etc.

I work as a filmmaker and recently updated to OS Ventura whereby I then had to update my Adobe suite, and now I can't seem to get any of the version of Adobe After Effects to open (earlier versions as well as 2023), let alone start working on a project.

I've never had this problem before and it is weird that it's happening on both of my machines, and AE was definitely working fine with Sierra, to me it seems clear that it's linked to the update - especially since both computers can no longer open AE.

Anyone have any thoughts or advice? Thanks very much...

PS. there were a range of apps that stopped working after the Ventura update, OBS, and also Pages too...

Actually while we're at it, why is Pages not working either????? I've tried to update it to no avail... its definitely an issue with the update.

You are comparing this to Sierra...(?) That was 6 operating systems ago.

Sounds to me like you need to update your software.
