Having trouble connecting Bose soundlink flex se to my IPhone 12.

Having troubles connecting my iPhone 12 to newly purchased Bose Soundlink Flex SE. I have tried several ways, but it will not pair. Thanks for any suggestions/help.

A few things that would be helpful to know, to provide the most targeted troubleshooting we can - 

• What happens when attempting to pair your speaker with your iPhone? 

• If there are any error messages, what do they say? 


Here are also some basic troubleshooting steps we can work through - 

1. Restart your iPhone Restart your iPhone

2. Update your iPhone Update your iPhone or iPad

3. Testing pairing your iPhone with another Bluetooth device

4. Test pairing your speaker with another source
