Redownload unavailable

Have family sharing but family member not able to redownload an app i purchased. Am able to download other apps though. Anyone know how to fix

Check that the app is sharable, not all are. Make sure the purchase isn't hidden in your purchase history.

Im still unable to download apps even with family sharing. I’m the main account keeper but when others try to download app they get message saying app can’t be downloaded I enabled family sharing on my phone. My family members are included and I enabled purchases, however for all apps they want to download they get a message saying the app is not available for download because it was purchased using different Apple ID.

How do I prevent app downloads from family sharing My son figured out he could download an app that his brother has by going to the App Store, Purchases, then Family Purchases. He can simply download apps without asking permission. I tried turning off installing apps, but that just removes the App Store icon completely. Is there a way I can prevent this cheat?
