IPAD 9th generation not connecting to external monitor through lightening to Digital AV Adapter

Guys i have an issue for connecting my iPad 9th generation to external monitors through the Lightning to Digital AV adapter.
Please go through the chronology of events as below
1)I bought an iPad 9th generation in Oct-22 with a purpose of using this for my productivity improvement , using to display my iPad screen to external displays .
2)In Dec-22 i checked Apple website and bought the Digital AV Adapter through Apple website , I received this on 5th December , i checked this to connect it to my Dell monitor and Philips monitor but could not connect , it was showing error No HDMI Signal from your device , then i connected my iPhone 11 through this adapter and it got connected .
3)I then raised a issue with Apple support and my case id is 101883376613, i had been in touch with some Apple support members since then , i was directed to Sales , who offered me replacement of the Adapter which i opted , i received the replacement on 3rd January 2023 , however this time also the issue was unresolved .
4)I then got connected to Sales again and then they offered my for a refund .
5)Today 4/1/23 I visited Apple service centre and narrated all the issue , they suggested me to talk with Apple Support . I again got connected and today i understand this has been referred to Technical Team and awaiting a resolution .
Can any one throw some light on this issue ? because Apple website mentions there is compatibility of Adapter to iPad 9th generation .
