BLACK screen won't go away !!
What do I do? Tried the basic solution. Did not work for me. What's next?

Try and do a forced restart to see if the problem persists
- Press and quickly release the volume up button.
- Press and quickly release the volume down button.
- Press and hold the side button.
- When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
