My stolen iPhone now shows activated

I brought my iPhone 13 Pro and I did not activate it .However, it was stolen and now say activated. What should I do ?

If it was never set up, the thief was able to set it up in his/her name. The only thing you can do is to reportif to police and your insurance company.
