Siri can't make calls on WhatsApp

Hello Everyone, Happy new year ( for the time being).

I got an iPhone 13 pro max with all of my contacts and WhatsApp,

When I set up Siri, all went flawlessly, but when I tried to make an audio call on WhatsApp to a friend Siri started saying "I ran into a problem, Please try again". I triple checked every setting that might affect it, and everything was enabled.

The Phone is new out of the box, seal opened by me, and running the latest iOS 16.2

as my last resort I'm asking for support here
