Whatsapp Backup Not Working

Whatsapp backup is stuck on a date : 1/12/2022.

back up option keeps loading and stuck at 0%. How can I back up my chat ?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

You will need to contact WhatsApp for help with their software, this is not an Apple product.
