Hello.
I found out that my Apple Watch SE 2nd generation ejects water by pressing and holding the crown. But I saw on someone’s else Apple Watch Series 6, that they just rotate the crown to eject water. How do I change the way of ejecting water from holding the crown to rotating it?

You can't change this on your watch with OS9. People complained that spinning the crown turned off Water Lock too easily. Apple listened and in WatchOS 9 they baked push the crown in to remove Water Lock into the new OS.

This changed with watch OS9. For OS8 and earlier, you'd spin the crown. For OS9, you push and hold. I liked spinning better but, there you go...
