I have new AirPods and the right one has no sound coming from it. It is fully charged

How do I get sound coming from both AirPods? Only the left one is working

I assume you've tried the steps in this article - If your left or right AirPod isn't working - Apple Support

The next step is probably getting them checked out - Find Locations - Apple
