I am having the same issue. No transactions appear for the card in the Wallet. The monthly PDF statements are empty showing zero dollar totals. Even though I pay a balance at the end of the month. Essentially, I have to pay my balance “blind,” meaning without any information on what I am paying, in order to avoid interest charges.
Can Apple provide any information on when this situation will be fixed?
Some users reported luck removing the card from Wallet, signing out of iCloud, rebooting, and then logging back into iCloud and adding the card back. Other users could simply turn off Wallet in settings under apps that were using iCloud. None of that worked for me.
After doing my best to work with Apple and Goldman Sachs, spending more than 6 hours of my life over on the phone with tech support over the course of a month with staff that couldn't seem to stay in touch after we hung up even though the problem wasn't resolved. In the end, I don't work for Apple - but Apple Card was feeling like work.
I realized that by leaving this account open when it wouldn't notify me of activity that I was leaving myself open to a fairly hefty financial liability should the account be compromised - and given the lack of support from Apple, I felt like I would be left holding the bag.
If you can't get this resolved within 24-48 hours of it happening, freeze the card or close the account, keep yourself safe. Apple appears to be too big to care about you and I down to this level.
