Auto-Lock

How can I get the „never“ at auto lock? My phone shows 5 minutes as the maximum but I want it to never go off.

If 5 minutes is the maximum Auto-Lock on your iPhone, it may be due to a profile or related to a requirement imposed by having a corporate email account on your phone. Also see: Install a configuration profile on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
