Never feature in auto-lock missing

Do you have a corporate exchange account installed on your ipad and phone, if you do that is the reason why there is no never for auto-lock, company policy.

Yes that is the reason, if you have no need for it on your ipad, then you can remove it.

Took the Microsoft Exchange off, restarted, and everything is back.

I do need it on my phone and home computer, not necessary on my iPad.
