I have a problem when transferring the data. There’s an app in my iphone that already removed from app store so when I transfer the data it can’t download back from the store. Is there a way to transfer all the data without needing to download back from the app store?

Yes, but I strongly suggest not doing that. Very likely, the developer has abandoned the app, and you should as well. (The other possibility is Apple has since rejected the app, in which case you should still abandon it.)
