Transferred from iPhone 12 Pro to iPhone 14 Pro. First through iCloud, then did a full reset and phone to phone. All my info came across and phone looks like my old phone. However, It didn't download any of the Apps except the Apple stuff. No option to update apps from app store. If I tap on the icon, it will download, all 150 is painful and I still don't know if I can update them in the future.
Any one else??
After hours on the phone with support, I gave up and downloaded every app one by one. There is a semi fast way to do it, where you can select all previous downloads on one page, but I don’t remember where that page was.
I'm having a very similar issue except the links did not transfer to my new iPhone 14 Pro. I only have the standard issue Apple apps. Also, none of my contacts transferred and none of my past messages transferred. How do I download "my" apps? And please don't tell me I'll have to do it one-by-one.

Since the apps themselves are not transferred, but a link to them is transferred, this may be normal. You'll want to tap on the apps to start downloading and leave your iPhone connected to power and Wi-Fi.
