I am unable to update my credit card. I cannot update the card number as the field is not accessible. It will not allow me to cancel or add a new credit card number. Any guidance? Thank you

You may also be able to complete that process using the steps below:
1. Go to appleid.apple.com.
2. Tap or click Sign In, then sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Tap or click Payment Methods.
4. Tap or click Manage payment method.
5. Enter a new, valid payment method, then tap or click Update.

Should you still be unable to update your payment details, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support: Contact - Official Apple Support They'll be in the best position to look into this further.
