Volume settings on iPhone

Mine is more of a suggestion. I would like Apple to have separate settings for the volume of rings/notifications, music, apps and system sounds. I'll be playing a game and an ad will start to play that I don't want to hear so I turn it down. Then my phone rings or a notification come through and I don't hear it because I turned down the sound of the app. Please give me the ability to keep some sounds on and others off.
