Family Sharing but no one is using icloud

I've noticed that Family Sharing is enabled, but no members of my family seem to have access to Icloud sharing. Should they be using it?

icloud+ family sharing not working I've been paying for icloud and sharing it with my family, but the others don't know how to access it. I have 2T and 1.71T available. How can my family access it? It does list my family members and gives the option of "Stop Sharing with Family." So I suppose I am sharing it already with them. Surely I didn't do something obvious, like inviting them. But I don't see where or how to do that now. Thanks for any advice!

Family sharing for iCloud + mysteriously is not available anymore for one of the family members :( Why all of a sudden one family member has no access to my iCloud + subscription without me doing any changes ? I can’t even figure out how to set up the sharing with the family member and have it as it was before … anyone to help? Thanks a lot!

Family sharing After accepting the invitation of Family Sharing I am not able to use the icloud storge in the Family. What is the solution for this ?
