Why does my MacBook Pro M1 reboot when bumped?
Hello all.
I'm wondering if you can help me.
I have a MacBook Pro M1 14" which I understand doesn't have any moving parts. I always treat it with care as I have with all of my old devices. I have noticed several times that when it is 'bumped' it will restart and do a reboot.
This can be if I get up and then put it down on the table or on a chair. It'll stop responding then reboot a few seconds later.
Do you know if this is usual? I've seen people really chuck their computers around and I've never done that but with no moving parts (no spinning drives, etc.) I'd have expected it to be able to cope with being put down.
