I activate voice control on my iPhone 12 and after it hanged and can't switched off

I want to know how I can cancel my voice control while I cant access it

Try and turning it off using the hey siri command

To turn Voice Control on or off after the initial setup, you can use "Hey Siri", the Accessibility Shortcut, or go to Settings, select Accessibility, then select Voice Control.
