Last year I subscribed to clip paint studio. In the meantime my card expired so I just changed the method of payment but now I can’t find my subscription. on my CSP acc it shows my subscription is active . I want to change my sub plan but I can’t because each time I click on App Store for more info it shows that I have no subscriptions.

Check again after a few days.
If you update your payment method or add funds to your Apple ID balance, It would take about 1 to 3 business days in order to process.
If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.
