Somehow Shazam now responds instead of Siri when I ask "What song is this". I have tried to uninstall Shazam but it still starts. It's pretty frustrating that it is so hard to remove. How to I use Siri instead of Shazam?
i hear a song i like. "hey siri, what song is this?" siri pulls up an answer, i tap it to add it to my music library, and i, um, am in the shazam app!? which still exists? how is it useful to launch shazam after a song has been identified? does Weather now alert you that it might rain when it senses you have opened an umbrella? will Reminders let me know i should close the barn door as soon as the horse is out? and "contact apple support" is not a useful answer in this forum, in much the same way that telling a person in the emergency room to try calling a doctor is not useful. is this a thing i can fix? is it a thing i have to wait for apple to fix? because it's looking like one of those pay no attention to the man behind the curtain, there are five lights, it's actually even more useful now that it's les useful things. how do i make "what song is this" provide information again, instead of frustration?

I reached out to support and wasn't able to change or remove shazam. It appears to me that Apple has changed the "What song is this?" to exclusively use Shazam. I just had several people at work try it and all of them now have Shazam responding instead of Siri.
Apple support apparently doesn't know that Shazam is baked in now. Very disappointed, it takes way to many button presses to add to your play list. Further, with Shazam all songs are just dumped into a Shazam playlist. I wish Apple would have given us a choice. Can anyone use the "What song is this?" and have Siri answer? Just curious.
