Wallpaper Glitch FIX IT APPLE

TIRED of my screen going black with ios 16.2, today is a new twist. HALF my iPhone 12pro screen is black, half has wallpaper. Rebooting constantly to fix Apple's problems are not the right solution.

IS THERE ANY FIX FOR THE WALLPAPER DISAPPEARING AND SCREEN TURNING BLACK OTHER THAN CONSTANTLY REBOOTING MY PHONE? Yes, I am yelling at you Apple.
