Can't Accept changed Media Services Terms and Conditions to update apps

When I click the "accept“ button, it just said there's an error, and won't move on, so I can't update apps now. Please fix it.

Open Settings and click your Apple ID. Then click Payments and shipping. If there is a new agreement to accept, it usually appears there.
