New 14 pro max, can't download apps, media terms changed, error when accepting

I've researched the best I can...I just got the phone today, downloaded last icloud update, but when I try to download a new app, I get a message saying Apple Media Terms of Service have changed, it asks me to review and accept. When I get to the review page and click accept, I immediately get a message saying there was an error, try again later. I've restarted the phone, signed out of and back into my apple account, and it just keeps happening. Help!

After an hour and 45 minutes on the phone with Apple, they escalated it to a senior advisor...she came on the line and mirrored my phone...asked me to try downloading the app, and of course it worked. I have no idea...must have been something on their end that resolved while I was on hold. Glad it's working for you (and me!!) :)
