Disk Utility won't load disks

Disk Utility is timing out on loading the disks and stalling the Finder. I have 1 internal and 4 in an external enclosure. I had to reboot or log out to get the finder back after relaunching it.

Any ideas?

I'm on Mac Studio M1 Ventura 13.0.1

Thank you, the .1 update allowed disk utility to load and see external disks.

HOWEVER, anything related to the Finder seems to be extremely slow. For example, when I click on an image to preview it, all I get for over a minute is a spinning wheel, and it may finally be visible. On my old mac, it took seconds. Any ideas?

Have you shut down and restarted the Mac more than once after your update...(?)
